Can not Download

So I got the invite to play Closed Beta. But it won't download. It gets like 30% finished and it wont finish downloading! Help!

I have heard that when other programs are running in the background, it doesn't download properly... but I am also have problems downloading.


So try closing as many things as you can, then downloading it, and not doing anything with the computer till it's finished. If that doesn't work, then I don't know.

who is your internet provider? (charter, comcast, att, etc)


have you ever been able to download large (>500MB) files in the past?

Once it is finished downloading what do i do

You should end up file called OutsparkLauncherSetup1.2.56...this is the installer. Run it, and it should install the game. you should then have a shortcut on the desktop called Outspark Launcher, run that and you should be able to login to the game.
