ok,you went through the process and verifiy my credit card info so I can use spark cash.I contacted click and buy and they say there is nothing wrong on their end.But when I try to get more spark cash it wont except it and sends me to click and buys home page.Do you have some kind of cap on how much I can use in one month.If so you might want to click it off for people that verify they are who they say they are.Or maybe you dont want my money cause you have to much already.
