partying whats ya opinion?

Well has ya can see i've not been a member long but already i see that their are many squires just going solo which i do quite often which is fine for us cos we're stronger in terms of power and health, prob is we can't heal with out pots or items, but then on the other hand if we have acos and other classes in a party we basically act has meat shields, but then we get less exp cos its shared round so the q is this:
should us has fighters party more often or should we just keep going solo ether way is fine but i just want to see other peoples opinions on this matter:confused:

To be quite honest I didn't party much until I hit the 50's. I don't like to share. If I am in there hitting it and getting the hits back I want the rewards. Welcome to the class

Yeah I really didn't start going with parties a lot until my 50s. Now the fastest experiance is getting a party for the ice maps.

its true u generate a lot of xp soloing... but consider the rest time... when ur in a party there is less rest... so unless you stop killing monsters xp is faster in a party... never rest!

Well I'm level 28 and I haven't partied yet. I like to go it on my own. If you kill enough monsters you'll pick up more than enough items to pay for weak hp potions. Kill a few monsters, wait until your hp is half down, rest, do it again. Only use potions if you really need to. Screw partying.

best partys for fighters are an aco, and several squires/neos
i also find that serveral fighters together level quick, because only one is taking dammage and mobs are dieing fast

I'll solo most of the time though, I don't go out of my way to find a party. Level 41 (and counting) Squire.

I started partying early. Why, you may ask? I happened to run across two nice people at level 20ish, an aco and an apprentice and we happened to like talking and eventually decided we should at least go kill stuff together :O ^_^

I havent partied till i was 50+ too.......

then i duoed with Acos or Discibles till i hit 71

Partiing is fun thought. XD


But the best exp you get now is solo aoe or aoe with a cleric.

Solo still gives the best exp..........but its lonely

Solo is the only way to go, but every now and then I party. It just seems like we get the short end of the straw in parties.

also when you act as a "meat shield" thats called tanking.

Many People think that partying sux in early levels well....think again....well yeah it sux but NOT IF YOU ARE only 2 (means squire+Aco) do NOT exceed 2....having 3 members is just plain un-leveling up always party with an aco....most people dont even want to team up with acos.....well in my opinion it's stupid because if you got healer you dont have to seat 10 secs per battle you just have to fight....leave it to your aco to heal you and DO NOT LET THE ACO ATTACK A MOB because his/her magic is valuable and only fort healing....and if someone is attacking the aco even though that your are fighting with someone attack the attacker cuz you don't want your teamate to die...it's difficult having no healer even though it's half the point given it's still worth it

My ideal party is me and an aco :) Fighters need lots of krons for good gears and you can't afford to share drops. i'm close to knighthood and still aoe alone. just got to pop pots like crazy.
