This happend using the ingame sliders for sound output.
I lowered the overall sound output of the game to about 25% but every time* the environmental sound restarts it increases back to 100%. The overall slider stays where I put it but the actual sound comming out is 100%. I have tried lowering the environmental slider but as soon as the sound starts over it puts the slider back at 100%.
