where can i find/buy alchemy stones?

i've looked all around shops in roumen and as far as i know, no one sells alchemy stones...do i have to go to elderine or some other place to find them? or maybe do they only drop from monsters?:confused:

yeah you have to go to elderine to get alchemy stones.
