i was willing to pay nicely or give him stuff he may need. instead he ripped me off for 50 beast fighter tails 50 hq sbl and 9 silver. i don't have a screen shot of the first bit of the trade but its clear if you read. Now on im taking screen shots with every trade.

oh his guild is Pinoy_Alliance.

Be careful when dealing with Filipinos, some are nice people but some are scammers too. That's the best advice I can give. ^.^

Im sorry for your lose, but next time ask someone you really trust... Its good that you made a good screenshot of the conversation... Try to PM a GM about this matter... With regards to Filipinos (im a filipino by the way), like you've said - not all are like him... :(

well it would be nice if the GMs would respond to this of my pm. however until then im looking into what my option are

contant warring of Pinoy_Alliance waring them when ever i see them grinding or in KQs and having the other alliances im friendly with constantly waring them.

making a list of their alliance members is easy so vender killing however low is easy to do. (is it even against the rules) i have yet to vender kill but im tempted now.

Its my opinion until this issue is settled and either that member or his guild compensates me, anything that is not against fiesta rules but diminishes their ability to have fun playing is fair.

i was not aware the Pinoy_Alliance was race related. nor that trusting people should have anything to do with ethnicity.

It can be considered Harassment.
Harassment can get you and your guild banned.
There is a Thread Dakkon posted with Guild War Rules and Guidelines. You should take a look at it.

Not really, but scamming is bannable/jailable.
If this happened over the weekend and you sent a PM to the GM you will have to wait until at least Monday for a response since they don't work weekends. If they do respond. Sometimes if they have all the info they need they will go ahead and take care of the problem and move on to the next thing on their huge list of things to do.

yes well i have not done anything besides this to deal with it. and yes apparently vender killing and repeated waring is against the rules, besides the fact its time consuming and doesnt really make me any better then them for scamming me in the first place.

It would be nice if he got deleted or jailed. however im not convinced that will make a difference, as i'm not sure what one person does with one character has any barring on what their second third or fourth character will get. I know one person who ended up in jail and it happened to only one of his players. the other 3 where left alone.

my suggestion to everyone is take multiple screen shots with every trade you make. as i will now do.
