Yes put that item in the hotel and it will be available for any of you chars

There's no way of transfering money... All you can do is buy the stuff you want with your other character (the one that would be giving the money).

The only method of transfering money is getting a very trustworthy friend of yours help you transfer your money between your chars by making him/her hold your money while you switch chars.

Ok money is hard to transfer, but make yourself new charator, and get him to become a (Neo for say) turn in his/her Roges Anklet at the hotel, and then go pick it up with the charator you want money on and sell it :cool:
then delete the "new charator"

New characters are also useful as extra storage, when your hotel is full, leave your characters in the hotel and use it to store..... don't matter if overweight... it ain't going anywhere
