New to Solstice

Hello, I am currently downloading the game, and would like some insight on which class to take, in Fiesta I go mostly for Cleric or Fighter. But this being a new game I am open to new possibilities.

If anyone can offer some insight into this slightly noob dilemna I would be deeply grateful.

Also, what kind of things are there to do, besides killing collecting misc. stuff and chatting? Are there guilds, families, cults etc?

Acolytes are kind of hard to lvl and take more time (in my opinion). In Fiesta, the Clerics also have pretty good fighting ability, but that's not the same for SoS. Pretty much, if you choose to be a healer, all you're really good for (most of the time) is healing/buffing. Since I don't play the other classes, I can't give you any info there...

There is a group of people called... called... Well, I forget what they are called, but they randomly meet around the Crazy Old Man and are total nut-cases, and I mean that in the good way. I've hung out with them a couple times, and they're always good for a laugh. They are like a cult. You can also find other people who have created their own guild like groups even though guilds aren't up for this game yet.

A couple of people have gotten married... I spend most of my time randomly going around and helping people out. I'm pretty sure you can find something that you're into going on in the game.

well if you want something simalar to cleric in fiesta go for acolyte, if you want something that does more damage physically after that you can go disciple at level 45


if you want something like fighter, then go Squire
