Doesn't Work Pleas help!

When i launch Fiesta it shows The Page Cannot be displayed and when i press <-Back it says*Loading But when i put in my name and pass it says this.


 


There was a problem logging you in.


Either your username or password was incorrect, or you are not authorized to participate in the closed beta.


(0-0: The server* returned with an unknown error (wininet:0).)

After i pick a server it says please create a character, but the only buttons are the previous and delete buttons. How do I create a character???
