i downloaded the OpenGL1.2 cuz it says i need it to play Sots, does it just need be on my comp or in the Sots files???? plz help quick plz

i having prolbem too it keeps saying the my openGL is not working rite,so i downloaded the game again and its still doing this.how do i fix it!!!!!!!!!:mad:and if there is a link as to how i may fix plz post it.
