What operating system? XP, Vista?


Are you trying to install it while logged in as an administrator? If not I would suggest it.

i have XP


yea im installing in admin account, well there is only 1 acc in my comp, that makes me the admin right?

if you have your copy of win xp you could try this.


do a partil reinstall. This will just rewrite all of your windows files. It may help.


just put the win cd in and when it pops up go to install. it will ask you some questions as you go. Yet so long as you start form windows and the program does teh restart it will not let you formate your computer.





as well it only deletes and rewirtes your windows files. This may help. I know it has fixed different problesm with win xp for me before.
