Hi, I seem to not be able to enter Soltice. I am registered but I get the upgrades and then nothing. What is wrong? I have the requirements for the game but no game. I can play Fiesta no problem. What am I doing wrong?:confused::(

look im trying 2 logg in and if i logg in it says coneckting 2 server has failed

So, assuming they stick to their guns and are on time (don't hold your breath)...

About another 1 hour and 40 minutes or so from the time of this post.

Does this not speak volumes over the "dumb" issue?

I am not trying to make you angry but try being alittle bit nicer when addressing someone who is in need of help. I have been having this problem for sometime now and just wanted to know what I was doing wrong to start Solstice. The downloads are okay but when the actual game is about to go I am back to signing in again. Do you know what is wrong?

I have never played Solstice but does it give you any errors or announcements when trying to connect?

I'm assuming you live in the US, so hopefully that isn't the issue. It might be a problem with your virus scanner or firewall. I'm throwing questions in the wild in hopes of maybe getting you back into the game. Do you have any further information beyond what's currently happening when you try to get in?

I dont know if it is the firewall because I am able to play Fiesta but not Solstice. When I sign in I automatically go to updates and then when they are done I get a white window with a little arrow then back I go to sign in again.

If you look under Outcast News you will see a message stating that all servers will be down from 8:59a.m. PDT for 2 hrs. for Emergency maintenance.If you can get on Fiesta,then you are really lucky because no one else can.I'm in Georgia in the U.S.A. and according to my calculations,the servers should be up again within the next 30 minutes to an hour.We can only hope.:o

ahhhhh....so thats the problem. I thought there was something wrong with my PC or something like that...does this happen often of just once a week?
