Nope, you cannot change your sex. However it would be rather funny if they made a sex change option in Cash Shop like they do for Hair/Face styles.

I'm assuming they're using a mysql database so I'm sure it's "possible". Will it happen? You would need to get a GM to do that. I think they said they don't want to modify flags for people though so doubt it will happen. Good Luck!
