i cant get in to the game

I cant enter when i hit play it says i have either a wrong password or im not allowed in open beta


*why is it doing this* i got the email that says i can play but it wont let me in

If there are spaces or characters other than numbers or letters in your name it won't let you log in.

I can't seem to get in myself. Except the problem I'm having is that as soon as I hit play a small white window appears and it just shuts down. Any suggestions on what to do?

same here I can log on but it says my visual card or graphics card is not responding and it x's out before it fully loads the game then my computer gets distorted and everything is purplish

To Orphen3rx: Try changing your color settings to 16bit.


To Inuyash0: Have you updated your drivers? And what graphics card does your computer have by the way?

@ - SpartanHero and johnoyedele - Please make sure that Internet Explorer is not set to Work Offline.

This setting will prevent you from logging in to Fiesta. To verify that IE is set to Work online, open Internet Explorer and check under File.

@ Orphen3rx and inuyasha0 - Both problems seem related to your graphics cards. If you are sure that your video cards meet the minimum system requirements, you probably need to update the drivers for them.


Please go to Start>run>type dxdiag>hit OK...look on the Display Tab and post back what you see for Device Name, Approximate Total Memory and Driver Version (6.14.xxxx.xxxx).

my computer wasnt letting me in b/c i was using a diff internet lol* so i got cable internet and it let me in
