Clovers remain missing for those who did not activate the suit?

I read an announcement** stating that those who have activated the Dakkon suit would keep them, and those who haven't would get their clovers instead and get their Dakkon suits next week. I'm one of those who did NOT activate the suit, and after the server was back up I still don't have a clover and the suit is still in my premium backpack.

But I see people in the game with clovers, so I know they're working for those few. I really don't want to have to spend more money to get another one when I expected to have this item already. That's also why I didn't activate my Dakkon suit when I saw it last night (Not to say I don't love it, but for now I'd rather have my clover in time for the event).

So is there anyone who hasn't activated their Dakkon suit and got their clover? Is there anyone who, like me, didn't activate and are still clover-less? And is there anything that can be done without me having to spend more sparkcash? (I really don't want to have to, I'm saving what's already there for any Easter items.)

So you know, the item was accidently mixed up with the clover. Once the servers are back up, you'll get your clover. If you activated your costume already, then you'll get to keep it. Those who didn't activate it yet, we'll have the proper item replaced.

Costume was supposed to be a surprise for next week.

That'd be me. I did the same thing. I didn't activate my clover either, since I assumed that the item would be replaced with the correct one once possible. The one I paid for. It's a cute outfit, sure, but I didn't pay for another costume - I already have one I like, and I wanted the clover so I could participate in the upcoming event.

And likewise, when I logged on a little while ago after hearing things had been fixed, I checked my backpack and still had the (unactivated) costume.

Unfortunately, I can't buy a new clover, as I used the last of my leftover cash to get that one, and I won't be able to get any more cash until after the event's over.

Needless to say, I really hope this is fixed.

if u bought the leaf and got suit and used it u still will get the leaf, i havent gotten my leaf yet, i bought it got suit used suit

Well i got home after everything was fixed and have my clover. But i would hope for you people that the GMs will have since enough to know that there was a problem and allow the suited or cloverheaded people both join the event.

maybe you didnt downloaded the patch^^ I DLed while downtime alrdy and never saw someone run with Manthongs or School Girl outfit ^^ Btw i also still got Dakkon Suit on my inv ^^

negative I just checked mine this morning about 30 min ago, the dakkon suit i have in my sparkcash inventory untouched is still a dakkon suit and no clovers.

"Unactivated" means it was not clicked or put into my character's inventory. It's still in my cash shop inventory, and I just checked again. It's still the GM suit.

That sucks. I will see if it's been passed along to the staff or not (some stuff slips through the cracks).

As for the original outfits, they will last the 24 hours of activation and then expire. They will not be permanent (not sure if this is the answer to the question in the first post or not).

If anything, place a post in Bug Report and let them know you haven't had your items replaced yet since the announcement.

No my question in the first post is the same question Jesters had; will my untouched (meaning it's in my cash shop backback and the timer is not running) Dakkon outfit be turned into a clover soon?

Well i got home after everything was fixed and have my clover. But i would hope for you people that the GMs will have since enough to know that there was a problem and allow the suited or cloverheaded people both join the event.

Since it's been fixed for some people I'll just have to guess that some of us fell through the cracks. I'll make the post in bug report.

When is the clover event?

Go to the forum index (http://www.outspark.com/forums/index.php) and at the bottom is has an event schedule. These are the ones planned for tomorrow/the 14th;

To participate in these you need to have the cash shop clover, which is why this is confusing me. It's also the reason I didn't touch the Dakkon suit (I thought I might be able to redeem it for the item I actually paid for).

I sent a PM yesterday and have gotten no response. I bought two, activated one and left the other in spark cash inventory. The one i activated is still the suit but lost the timer, while the one in inventory is still the suit as well. I bought a costume at the same time and only used this one since it was for only 24 hours. I want my clover so i can do the event as well. GM in game did not respond to me yesterday and no CSR or GM has repsonded to my PM on the forum.

I have my suit in my cash shop, but it doesn't show up in my backpack at all.

I've no issue buying another clover to participate in the event but it seems like the one I already bought is stuck in limbo, in my shop but not in game. And uh, that sucks. XD

That's awesome but I didn't buy the suit, I bought the clover. For the event that's happening tomorrow.

And I've still gotten no word from any one in higher power about this, even though I've made two appropriate threads and PMed the appropriate people. It's not a single thing, lots of players are cloverless with untouched suits.

Can a GM/CSR/Admin please respond?

There was a glitch, the only item in the cash shop was supposed to be the clover. You get the clover, you get into the event scheduled for the 13th/14th(see previous posts). Dakkons birthday is on the 21st, the outfits were a surprise for him to be released on that date.

Somewhere along the line they messed up and put the clover icon in the shop, but it really made you buy the 24 hour outfit (Dakkon suit). The admins said those who have activated (right clicked on it and made the timer start counting down) the suit get to keep them, but those who have not will get them replaced with the rightful item.

But the people here have not touched their outfits and still don't have clovers. So while they fixed the shop accident, a lot of us who bought the clover expecting to be able to be in the event are not going to be able to due to a mistake on their part, unless we spend more money, which some of us can't.

I'm not sure if the outfit will be in the shop, or if they were planning to release it as a free item. (which would make this situation worse)

Well, we all agree that this was yet another mistake in programming... and I still stick to my statement that since Fiesta is still a in Beta, allowances must be made.

However, mixing up the coding for buying one item and getting another is kind of crap and even in a fully-out game like WoW, it isn't acceptable. It's the kind of thing that you can't blame on the game still being in Beta...

For example, emergency server crashes and what not are perfect example of why this game is still in Beta. Screwing up the CS, in my opinion, is not.

I understand about the server crashes, and even about the massive downtime. I could have even understood about the suit mix-up. What's starting to bug me now is that it's been two days, people have posted and stated the problems, and we haven't gotten one response. And at the rate it's going we're going to miss the event because of a lack of communication, which just doesn't sit right with me.

I don't want to scold them or insult them. I just want the item I bought, which they said they'd deliver.

I bought the clover also and got the suit, I used the suit too.......I still have not gotten the clover either. But either way I paid for something for a 7 day period I either need the suit back for 6 more days or the clover.

You can't really expect them to give you a clover or more suit time, when the item clearly says (24 hours) on it. Also you used it knowing that it wasn't the item you bought, which is why I didn't use mine.

I've sent in a Customer service ticket, let's see if it does anything.

Well I have sent 6 personal messages now to admins, CRS, and GMs who are currently logged into the site and still no response. This is rather disappointing that they dont care to even address the problem never mind solve it.

I'm also thinking of complaining to paypal because i bought and paid for a certain item, never recieved it and I'm not getting a refund either. They usually protect you against some stuff like that but online, intangible items usually seem to be a grey area. I'll see if a complaint through them gets me anywhere as well.

Sorry about the confusion Lasombrs, it's been hectic here lately with all the server issues. Rest assured we have learned from this and we will ensure better communication going foward.

Issue has been resolved for most people. Please check your backpack.

If you had the suit and activated it and now the suit has expired, please check backpack for clover as well. I think it may not have worked for you. If that is so, please send me a PM stating your suit expired but you dont have the replacement yet.

And when I posted about getting an item for 7 days it was not meant to be bitter, hateful and anything like that.....all that was meant is that it didn't mattter to me whether they gave me the clover or I would be more than happy with the man thong for 6 more days it was so funny to ride my donkey with it on, going through a crowd of ppl.
