How do I ride the horsy I bought, says I need a riding skill .

buy the riding skill from the npc in town it costs 500 copper

Ruby doesn't sell it, I have looked and I just cant find it -.-
What tab is it under?

the skills vendor has the riding ability.. ALSO buy the levitating food. I learned this the hard way. your horse gets tired and you have to feed him.** the same merchant you buy the horse from.
*hop on the horse.. then eat the food.
