i have a problem i just downloaded sots when i try to create my first character it says to send error report or not to oh ya im in the adeline server im not sure what that means is anyone else experiencing this problem

im sorry i dont think i can take a pic it says that xenclient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience and then if i want to send an error report or not

I am having the same issue

I am re downloading the game since that has fixed the issue in the past.

Personally, I think the server is about to crash since when that happens to me, the server follows not long after.

I had the same problem but when I uninstalled it it took about 4 hours to reinstall and then bumped me off and wouldnt let me back on for about 45 minutes.
