finished a couple of quest yesterday before the server went down ...came back on the next day all exp i gained was disappeared and the quests i completed didn't registered!!! so i have to kill 100 more vampire bat and 2 hrs of training went down the drain...damn!

Unfortunately roll backs happen from time to time. I hate them too, we all do.

Rollbacks prevent your characters from getting bugged. Character being bugged can only be an item not working/missing, but in worst-case scenario it can mean you have to remake your character all over again.
I rather lose a few % exp than have to start all over again. And you?

I havent logged back on yet but I hope I dont have to do the prisoner and vampire bats in Bonds on Darkness again.
