View Full Version : Reimbursement for Server Down Time?

I hadn't seen any threads mentioning this yet, at least none with any answers that were easily accessible (avoided the whole craziness/flame threads). But is there any reimbursement this time for CS users?
I know we had increased EXP the last time, and the time before that they gave us a free 7 day extension on our suits (I believe), what about this time? Is my BoT that I got to check out the PvP level areas wasted away into nothingness?
Just curious.

I was actually wondering about that as well.... usually they give us xp boosts and stuff... this time nothing. I did notice that they said the servers weren't stable, so maybe they are waiting and working on the servers to become stable.... I would think that they would be stable by now... maybe it was a serious issue or something

It is possible - that is, this is what they have done in the past. I guess we just wait and see if an announcement is made....

Okay, great. Thanks for the info, I was just making sure I hadn't missed any announcements about it already. Guess we'll wait and see!
Guys, please stop with the reimbursment topics. They are in no way inclined to reimburse you for time lost from maintenance, or server downtime. If you read the ToS, it states: "(ii) Outspark will not be held liable for a user's inability to access paid services during any such downtime event". Which can mean their not liable for when you can't access the fiesta store, or when you can't use your items on the game. The fact that they do give us stuff such as extra time, or more EXP, is because they are nice. So try not to try and pressure them into giving us stuff when they already do so much.

may not be reliable, but it sure makes the community happy...and it's happened before a few times already when there were problems..people get use to those things and, hence, people are sort of expecting something.

I dont think they're down so much as people flogging a dead horse over previous downtimes where they lost 24 hours of something they had.
And they are wanting it replaced, added items, 2x experience, and fill in the other numerous threads wanting something for every time they are unable to access the game (even if it happened while they were asleep or on vacation but figured they could milk the generosity that has been given by Outspark thus far on it).
