is there a way to find out wht it said before? because I was in KQ when I leveled, read only one word, and then it cut off because we warped back.

It was just telling you there are new quests available. I suggest checking your map in town for the exclamation marks. You will see who has new quests available that way as well.

as mentioned above just check for exclamation points on the map.I personally check them all even if it isn't purple. You may have a active quest from a NPC and it looks rainbow colored on the map, but they still might have another quest to accept. you can check their quest list if they do.all available quest from that NPC*will be listed and what level it was issued at.
