Game cannot run proberbly?!

Hey i have a problem cus when i launch the Fiesta client it comes up with som sort of CODE (16-0400-00000000000) think thats it and after that shows up my client shuts down...

can anyone please help me?

I would advise you to go to the troubleshooting section, there will most probebly be a way to fix it there.
