You did the Manual Patch (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31539) and everything so it is fully updated? And are you receiving any error messages like cannot connect with servers or authentication failed? If so you may want to take a look at the issues listed in this thread Need Help? Read Here! (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38508) and see if any relate to your problem. You can also check the stickys around the Troubleshooting (http://www.outspark.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11) section to see if any of them seem to fit your problem. And if all else fails and none of the solutions seem to work, or your issue has not been mentioned you can always message the support center.
