i can't find a way to uninstall this game to reinstall it. Help please

They've fixed that part compared to the first CBT. You can now really uninstall it, go to Start > Control panel > Add or remove programs and remove it from there.
You had to manually remove the files before. Still a "unistaller" in program files would be nice.
