I'm only calling it Fear because that's the skill's name in WoW.
Bug Description: Getting stuck in polygons due to Fear attack. In short, I was fighting a Ghost in Vine Tomb and it debuffed me to make me run around uncontrolled. When I regained control, I was in one of the grassy mounds in the area. I could still attack if a mob was close enough, but I couldn't move or even turn my character.
