I dunno what I did....... I log off for like 2 hours or so then next time I try to log on it says that "This ID has been blocked". I don't even know what I did wrong!:confused::confused:

Hmmm. It seems you have been possibly banned... usually this doesn't happen without a warning.

Are you sure it's not your internet connection? Something preventing you from connecting from a particular ISP ir something?

Get a screenshot of the error if you can and submit a ticket to the CSRs by following these steps:

1. Go to Outspark.com.
2. Click on the Help link located in the upper right hand corner.
3. Search the knowledgebase for your issue.
4. Once you have clicked on a FAQ you will see a “Submit a Ticket”. Click on that link.
5. Follow the directions laid out on your screen.
6. Fill out as much information as you can. The more detail you provide will help us resolve your issue.

Once they receive your email they will respond within 24-48 hours.

Hmmm.... then you have been banned. Tech support should have sent you an email - check your spam filter in case it slipped in there.

If this happeend on Friday you probably won't have a message until Monday, however. Can you think of anything you may have done which would warrant being banned?

there is no thing in the help thing for this.. all we did was use a 25$ visa gift card on paypal to purchase 25$ worth of sparkcash, and in 2 days we are banned. WHAT DID WE DOOO?!?!?!

I would recommend Visa Gift Cards (http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/visa_gift_card.html). They were reliable when I used them.

Only other thing i can think of is outspark does IP bans by range, and you 3 accidentally got caught in that range.

This is possible... you are not trying to log in from China, for example, are you? I know Chinese IPs are blocked...

Used to happen in another game i played. Someone would be IP banned, but the company would block by range, not by individual IP. Sometimes a whole cities worth of people would come back banned. :p

Something is definately wrong here - the problem is, the people who can fix it are away for teh weekend. But they are aware.

If you made a purchace with sparkcash and you were erroneously banned (that is, you did nothing to wrrant a ban of your account) any time-expired items may be refunded or the CSRs may reimburse you in some other means. Time will tell. This is no guarantee, but I have seen similar reimbursements in the past.

Did PayPal say they reversed the charge? Cause if they didn't then that can not be the problem. Outspark has no way of knowing how you fund your PayPal account. But like someone else said they do send an email explaining why you where blocked. So if you haven't gotten it you should check your spam mail folder to see if it went there.

Sorry to see you're all having some issues. You should contact our support as Serric stated. They can look up your billing info and let you know exactly what the problem is. They won't be in the office until Monday but i'll contact them later today and ask if they can check it out.

I'm really confused, 'cause i dunno what i did wrong. O_o
Just wanted to change the Charakter but the Game crashed. I relogged and then it just says that my ID has been blocked. It happened about 11:00 - 12:00 PM (By the way... I live in Germany).
I wrote already two e-mails. Until toady I got no reply. Of course not. I just have read yet, that they're away this weekend. ~_~
I hope I'll get an answer on Monday and I hope my and all the other ID's will get unblocked soon. D:

as i said it was unfair which now you are agreeing with
i understand you will do anything in your power on monday but plz remember that these people have been without the game for quite a while
and have been unrightfully charge for something they did not recieve.
i may be mistakine but i do believe that that is against the law so im am positive that u will do everything in your power to solve this issue as soon as you can.

Understood. However, I have no power here. This is something that will have to be dealt with by either the CSRs (if it is a payment issue) or GMs (if it is a conduct issue) Mondy.

After a ticket and two emails still no reply (and yes, i checked also junk-mails).
Don't know what to do now. I'm really despaired now. I would feel much better if someone could only tell me why this happened so suddenly (or a reply at last).
Just want to get my ID unblocked and play Fiesta. ;_; *sigh*
