*When you heal people as Clerics, do you get xp for it? If so, how much would you get for healing a full 110 hp?

No. Experience is not gained from healing people.

So what is the point of healing people? Do they give you a cut of the kills normally or something?

Nvm, i figured that you get exp from their kills considering that your in a party.

Yeah, you get the party xp for kills. If you heal somebody out of party, though, you don't get anything.

Also, clerics aren't helpless on their own. It isn't like most games where a support character needs a party to level, so they don't need to gain exp for using Heal here.
