I have a solution for a database for the guilds.
You wont have to PM somebody with the info and hope they get to it.
You wont have to read through an exhaustive list to find the info you are looking for.
A GM can add their Guild, list members and make a declaration.

Sign up using GUILD NAME as your user name.
and if you want extra admin slots added just ask.
I'm also considering adding for guard and council.

added the ability for every one to see the list.
I did not realize that every one could not see it because I stay logged in.

I assume you have not seen other attempts at listing Guilds with their masters and admins?
