Problem can anyone help?

I've downloaded the game and installed it and everything but when i click the launcher to laugh it. it gives and error and says: The appplication ha failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.

have yo tried re-installing the client? search around the forums a little more, im pretty sure this has been posted before.

i've done that and i've gotten past that point
