Is there a place that shows you all the skills you get?

Hey, I'm new here!

Just wondering, is there a place where you can see all the skills the fighter (or any other class) can eventually get, and what stat points you require to obtain them?

I just wanna check so it's easier for me to setup where my stat points will go as my character levels up!

Yeah, skill merchant, ask him about skill tree or something like that.
