Wonder why! After the last reply they didnt reply again becoz the last advice didnt work!

how can i reinstall? i dont know what to click! ~_~ i want to reinstall it if its really the drivers problem

FX5500... what's shown in your picture is 9600. You're in the wrong area. Look for later model graphic card section in there.
You obviously click on the 9600 and choose an earlier one that is in the 5500 series (5 FX).

Nvidia GForce FX 5500...
...choice is GForce 5 FX series because GForce FX 5500 is in that series (ie - FX, 5...)
That was to simple considering I know zero about graphics cards. :3

i didnt click anything on that picture, its the main image, that why im askin, now i already install the fx series but still... Anyway i lost my motherboard driver does that count? cause someof the motherboard driver i didnt install ex: the VGA thing dont know what is that thing about! anyway does that thing count thats why im having this problem?

ok download that 5 FX series driver with internet explorer... then u have to unninstall the old driver and install new driver :D devise management -> your graph card -> properties ->delete driver (one way to do this)

Try this:
Right-click any blank area of the screen, and then click Properties.
On the Settings tab, click Advanced.
On the Monitor tab, click Properties.
On the Driver tab, click Update Driver.
Click Next.
Click Display a list of known drivers for this device, and then click Next.
Click the correct monitor, or click Have Disk to install a driver supplied by the manufacturer.
Click Next.
