When upgrading my T3 boots it took 45 red eyes/ blue miles, and i used blessed stones mostly. You may have a hard time getting to +9 on a T3 item with only 20 of each. Hope it helps, good luck.

yup, i got lucky ONE time. got a lvl40 wand to +9 in 20 tries. it was awesome, but then, later It took me over 60 reds/blues to get my lvl54 boots to +9. 20 times alone was trying to get it from +8 to +9. you can imagine my frustration ^^

im not sure if i should be laughing but i got my lv50hammer to +9 in only 15eyes and my lv40hammer to +9 with 20-25eyes. Either im really good at enchancing or you guys suck lol

lvl 50 hammer is teir2... teir 2 and teir 3 hv alot of diff success rate
