Multiple bugs.
First bug:
Current weapon already had one registration (Boar). Bought Mara Pirate registration and was able to put the license OVER the Boar license in the registration menu, but was not able to inscribe. ("Error during license registration" was the log message)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a dialog with a Weapon Title Master.
2. Select "Register License"
3. Place a weapon that currently has one license registered to it into the "Weapon Title Registration" box.
4. Attempt to place a new license directly on top of the old one.
The old license is displaced, yet you are unable to inscribe the new license onto the weapon. Either the dialog should warn you that you can't replace an old license, or offer a warning prompt that the player will be replacing an old license with a new one, then permit the player to "stamp" the new license.
Second bug:
Once an old license is "replaced" by a new one, if you attempt to the put a SECOND license in the second "free" slot and then stamp, the log will claim that a license error has occured. After doing so, the weapon will be unable to accept any more license in ANY of the open slots, even if the player is not repeating the first bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a dialog with a Weapon Title Master.
2. Choose "Register License"
3. Place a weapon that already has one license "stamped" to it into the "Weapon Title Registration" box.
4. Place a new license on top of the old one. Notice that the old one is displaced and the new one is in its place with no option to "stamp".
5. Place a second license into the first empty slot.
6. Attempt to stamp the second license. Player will recieve a messgae claiming that an error occured with license registration.
7. Close window, then repeat steps 1 through 3
8. Now, place a new license in the first open slot and attempt to stamp. Player recieves same error and is unable to register any new licenses to the "bugged" weapon.
