The quest lady says Forest of Tides but I can't find them, I really wanna finish this darn quest all ready ~_~

They're on the map, on the beach. Whenever there's a 'bored' mob there's only a few of them out at a time, in the same place. Chances are someone found it and killed it, so just wait about 5 minutes and look again.
It's been ages since I did it, so that's all I can really help with.
