This company is currently releasing their first game, Fiesta, which you can find that information by reading the front page.
"At Outspark, we have one goal: to provide our growing online community with engaging, FREE casual games.
Our first offering, Fiesta, is a cartoon-style 3D MMORPG with simple gameplay and rich graphics."
And then if you read around for more than 5 seconds anywhere else of the site you could find multiple instances of implications that the game has, in fact, not been released yet.
"We have been working on a lot of localization and Close Beta Test preparation stuff.
After a month of work, things finally started to settle down, and everything is on schedule.
Fiesta CBT will begin this month and we will soon send out invitations.
I just can't wait to play with you in Fiesta.
It will be so much fun. :)"
