The KQ's description will give you a basic idea of the goal, and there's always a few veterans in the KQ. If you have questions, just ask. And always read the chat since the leader-types will give instructions.
Things differ from KQ but for the first one (King Slime whatever) it's mostly kill fast and move on. And you must kill every single mob. The mobs are 'elite' so it'll take longer than usual and they hit harder, so you need to gang up on them.

Once the recruitment time is over or the limit has been reached, the game will ****** you up and teleport you to the right location.

To be clear: You can only join a KQ during the recruit time. If you succeed at recruiting, you'll hear a chime and the KQ window will close itself (if you reopen the window you can find your name in the KQ description)
If you fail, it will say so in the system window, and you can try again. The first KQ usually fills up quick, so you need to join as soon as the status is "Recruiting."
If you are participating, the game will warp you when the KQ starts, unless you happen to have a shop open. So be sure to close those if you plan to KQ.

Maybe you should read the quest description and find out what you need to do.

Says I need to kill some slimes before time limit. Tells me to go to the chief so he will take you somewhere but he doesn't.

Talk to the Chief and select Kingdom Quest. Or hit the hour glass on your minimap.

How strong should a player be in order to win in KQ?
Around level 50?

There are different KQ for different level ranges. You're obviously better off being on the upper half of that range, but with strategy and a well built team (neither are plentiful in KQ) a team of minimums can take it.

It is quite possible that you are not pressing the participate button when recruitment is open, quite quick enough, and the kings quest you are trying to enter becomes full. When that happens, just wait for the second or third instance's recruitment time to start and try there. Be sure to actually read what you see on your screen as well. We are here to help you, but we are not here to play for you.

Okey Look. Once you get into the KQ you fight a lot of slimies. They are strong but there are 15 people in the KQ at most so you kill them with other people. Ask for a party to get exp. If you don't get in a party then you won't get exp because you probably didn't kill the monsters etc. The thing is to keep killing and going up levels. Just follow the people and kill everything. Then you get to the king slimie. Once you kill him you get like 1000 exp or more. Depends on the time you do it. You have 45 minutes to kill everything. People do it in 30 minutes.
To join a KQ. Click the bottom circle button next to the mini map on top right corner of the screen. Scroll all the way down and it'll tell you You when the recruit time is. And in that window it says the current time. So when it reaches the time click on the KQ that's recruting and press perticipate. They have like 5 or 6 of the KQ every 2 hours. And they recruit 2 minutes apart. You need to be fast. So if the recruitment is at 3:00 for example. When it's like 2:58 I would click on that KQ and wait till it turns 3:00 and quickly press Perticipate. If you got in the window of the KQs will close. You can try a couple times to get in since they're only 2 min apart. A lot of people want to get in so you have to be fast. In like 10 sec the KQ is filled.

On the other hand, when you DO get in, you'll find that it's a mess. People don't bother grouping up (but they'll shout "party me" and expect others to form parties). They won't look at their chats to see, and they don't do sensible things like have parties (which they haven't formed) attack the same mob.
Additionally, even though someone always says "rest when we get to the top," you'll find many Leeroy Jenkins their way in. And let's not even talk about aggro control or target discipline in the final battle.
The Kingdom Quest is a poor substitute for a raid. Hopefully they'll fix things up eventually, but for now, don't expect too much out of them. Doesn't mean they don't have their advantages, but don't think they are what they're not.

I noticed that myself on the second one I had gone in...on the first, there were only about ten people. all but two others crashed/lagged out. one stayed idle for a good fifteen minutes, and the remaining guy was level ten. I was a level 12 warrior with an endurance build..we barely got anywhere.
The second time was a full group, I think I was the second or third highest level warrior, but being an endurance build I'm not exactly built for damage. At the top of the mountain I was all set to wait for the clerics and them to rest, when about three people rushed on..I only joined in to try and give them a chance to live by pulling the aggro onto myself, as I had a good store of potions. The problem with having people rush ahead is that, if you don't go with them, they WILL die no matter what, and that cripples the whole team..Even though they're just douchebags.
