View Full Version : Problem with the updater. Please help?

I've installed the game and logged in, and everything was perfectly fine. But the updater keeps getting stuck in different stages of the updating process... My internet connection is pretty fast too, so I don't know what's going on...
Can someone give me any pointers as to what I should be doing?

If you have a firewall(s), anti-virus program(s), or anti-spyware program(s).
They might sometimes cause this.
Its reccomended by others that you turn them off, however I personally reccomend you rather make sure the updater is on their safe list.

Does it stop, then you have to redo it, or does it just keep updating?
If it just keeps updating, look at the update names and make sure its redownloading the same ones.
The game just takes long to update for a lot of people.
