Pico = right though, its when you first move it into a character's inventory and activate._.

For clothes and other equips (which I think you're referring to), its when you move it to inventory. For extenders, drop rates etc, its when you right click it the first time.

Yes you are right :) It wont disapear if you never used the item before and only let it in ur inventory^^
