Unfortunately, I've found out the hard way about the limitations of the Fiesta Store. There should be documentation about how it works that I don't have to hunt down. When you put up an interface to take my money in exchange for ingame items, you should make sure that I don't end up feeling ripped off.
I feel ripped off. And since I have the money to spend there, you might want to make sure that I'm happy and continue to do so.
My first purchase at the store was 2 beauty shop tokens. I bought 1 for myself and 1 for my fiance. I learned quickly that I had wasted 4000 spark cash on a token that I wouldn't be able to use. My fiance then purchased 1 for herself. This was just before the Valentines Day events started and so we ended up losing 12,000 spark cash because 3 beauty shop tokens (which we now refer to as BS tokens) were purchased unnecessarily.
And now my daughter has begun to play Fiesta and wanted a BS token. I had enough spark cash left over and took a shot at logging on to her account and accessing my store from her account ingame. I now have 2 useless BS tokens on my account, have wasted 16,000 spark cash, and my daughter STILL doesn't have a token.
If there had been some warning or documentation about how purchases are treated I wouldn't have wasted my money. I believe that I have contributed enough financially to the game to have these tokens moved to another account or sold back to the store for spark cash.
If Outspark doesn't want my money, then by all means, do nothing. I will be happy to not contribute any more to this game, or any other by Outspark.

Erm, you should be smat enough to know that the sparkcash is account bound, (why else would you need to log in)
A gift function however would be usefull and wouldve prevente your problem.

I don't think this has anything to do with how "smat" I am. When I am in game, I am already logged in to my account. And yet, when I want to go to the store, I have to log in to my account AGAIN. So no, a "smat" person wouldn't necessarily assume that a separate log in would indicate a bind.
If I log in to my account and the fiesta store is already logged in when I go to purchase something, then sure. But on my daughter's account, I went into the MY fiesta store account the exact same way that I do when I'm on MY fiesta account.
Regardless, I'm still out 16,000 spark cash, and I need some resolution.

I ment smart and it was merely a typo.
You buy the cash at your account, which means its account bound.
Now the best way to get this resolved it to fill in a ticket and send it to the custemer support.

I knew it was a typo, but I couldn't let you take a shot at my intelligence when you couldn't even spell "smart" correctly.
I'll send in a ticket, none the less. Thanks.

Cool it you two, you are liable to get reported soon.
Also, this thread should be moved to website issues so Outspark can address this problem if it happens to more people.

this is not a website issue, and seriously it wasnt that bad, youve probebly never seen a real flame war.
This is more a billing issue thing.

Go look at Xgenstudios forums, look at all the locked topics, and tell me I don't know what a flame war is. :)
I said soon, meaning if it continued and undoubtedly escalated.
I think if it accepts his money it's billing him fine, the fiesat store is having an issue giving him what he paid for, that's outspark's deal.

but it aint website issues, and billing is everything that concerns money although I doubt those can do a lot bout it so ticket ois best option, have to be patient though, can take 1-2 weeks.

All it is is user error, and dare I say, lack of common sense, or lack of experiance with this kind of thing (meaning cash shop). Outspark should in no way be held responsible for something like this.

Well actually, it should be stated somewhere that items aren't transferrable between any account. I still have a beauty shop coupon from December festering in my inventory all because I thought I could give it to someone at the time.
I also would appreciate if these packs they're getting into the habit of releasing had character-transferrable items. My main character got another beauty shop coupon added to her account from the Valentines day pack. And at the time, the players weren't notified that the pack was only able to be used on one and only one account.
This is the reason I'm not buying the recent pack, some times packs have things you don't need and would only take up space. But your issue isn't with the pack system, so I'll refrain from ranting about that.
Basically, I'm here to tell you that I agree Outspark needs better communication with the community about how the store operates.
And if you other guys don't agree, you really aren't obligated to post a reply, you know.

Alright I agree that in some cases, Outspark's communication could be better, but I still don't think it is entirely their fault. As for things taking up space in your inv...well the only way to solve that is to drop the item and destroy it, of course that is a bit of a waste of a perfectly good cs item, and in the case of the beauty shop coupon, you never know when they will come out with new faces and whatnot.

Not entirely their fault, but we have a right to be upset when we've wasted money because we weren't told something. And that's all the OP is trying to say.

No, the OP also wants some kind of compensation besides making a thread on the forums.

I think the reason why he wants some sort of compensation (and more communication on these issues) is because generally in a business (which the cash shop is basically) when something of this sort happens, the business helps in some way to satisfy and recompensate the customer.
I work in business and have to deal with customers order issues on a daily basis. Usually when their order is messed up (even if it user error) we do our best to help the customer out as much as possible, even refund the customer if needed (although there are some cases where a business has their hands tied and can't refund for some reason stated in a terms of agreement).
I think the OP has every right to at least inquire about this situation, seeing as how most ethical business's will do their best to keep their consumers happy.
I also don't think Outspark will just ignore this issue. I'm not sure how they will handle it (not a expert on their policies lol) but I am sure they will try to help in some way. Outspark has a good staff hired on from what I have seen, don't give up hope if they get busy and take some time in replying. ^_-

Okay everyone, listen...I didn't complain about the initial loss of spark cash. I chalked it up to experience and learned from it. No one starting this game as a noob knew how the spark cash system worked, including 10 year old brothers. The only way to learn that you can't trade/gift items is to either find it posted somewhere on the forums or learn the hard way. I happened to learn the hard way. So let's leave out the comments about me not being smart enough to realize something that I'd never been involved with previously.
Outspark knows that they need documentation for an interface which accepts real cash for game items. Why isn't documentation available? Probably because the game is still under development, and so is the store. I can accept that.
So all I'm saying is that documentation is needed and I'm giving Outspark the opportunity to make me a happy "paying" customer. If I hadn't spent any money, then this would be a dead issue. If it takes them 2 weeks to get back to me, then that's okay. I can be patient. Again, it's just about being a happy customer.
