Enhancement problems

Well I am doing some enhancing and I seem to have come across a little problem. Im enhancing a level 2 weapon, using a blessed el level 2. Im also using level 2 blue and red premium items to prevent breaking and downgrading :D.
The problem is, that that "Blue mile" says its not matching up with the item level? I cant seem to find the problem here..All levels, 2, match up and its still not working...

Any help would be great! Thanks in advance :)

Im curious, do you have to be the lvl requirement on the item to enhance it? If so, that would be the problem lol

Well after finding out how amazingly smart i am...Blue miles cant prevent a +0 item from degrading. So thanks to my stupidity i found the problem.... Lol...Thanks anyone who was trying to figure out the problem xD
