proposing this idea.

I think we should have a fishing gameplay

1. Fishing skill required level 1
2. Old fishing rod required level 1
3. New fishing rod required level 30(uses tier 3&4 bait)
4. Bait tier1 (low Quality) production skill
5. Bait tier2 (production skill
6. Bait tier3 (high quality) production skill
7. Bait tier4 (highest quality) production skill

Tier 2 is used to catch stronger pet fishes(common)
Tier 3 is used to catch rare fishes( rare)
Tier 4 is used to catch godly fish pets( very rare)(uses new rod)

Underwater Detector= has to be used to find godly fish related items

Neptunes costume= dunno ideas plz

Neato. I like the idea alot. Looks like you put alot of work and effort into it's implementation too! I'm sure with some work it'd turn out to be an awesome addition, that is, if they ever decided (or could decide) to implement it.

The only thing that I fear is the fact that all the beautiful ocean scenery would be cluttered with spammers and people fishing - but I guess that's sort of like real life eh?

I vote Yes because i always want catch some fishes at SoG< on the road betwen Mara and Eldy gate island swim so many of them :D>.
I hope that such fishy skill will be someday added :)

what about swimming skills and a undersea area like a second wind for higher lvls and good sea dungeons

Swimming... weird. I don't think our chars are limber enough to swim and had you seen what they wear? It will drown them all XD

Sad that FoS doesn't have fishes... would be cool lol if you ran out of pots and fish around to get some fish that will heal you a bit.

this topic kinda reminds me of the fishing section of a game called metin 2...
Perhaps there could rather be fish for materials with a spin off production section
and you have to use a ??? Fish + maybe other food items such as rice or noodles and make dishes that heal like for example

Hake + Rice = Fish Stew item that heals 250hp
Squid + Potato = Squid Rings & Chips which will heal 250sp
Perch + Noodles = Fish Soup & give the user +15 STR or some other stat for 59 mins

just as some random ideas :D

Ok, i dont want to go to the npc to get these new type of pots. Do you have enough trouble in getting the ingrediences for those production skill? I guess you would be a full time Fiesta player in order to get everything done or forever like me (Im not full time meaning I spend only 2 or 3 hours on the game every other day) sitting there and giving up the production skills point. This might also lead to the exessive increasing price in materials and the next thing you know is that people start to moan for how expensive or how they feel hurt when they have to spend their money on those stupid materials while they can save it to get better gears >.>

It is not me but that is the opinion. Think about what would happen when you create something else when you are not trying to make the thing that we already have a little bit more efficiency.
