I Need Help!!! I Can"t Get In Without The Dam Xtrap Kicking Me Out!!! I"m About To Quit This F------ Game! Some Give Me Some Tips Before I Change To A New Game!!!

i disabliled my virus scan
and that helped

You should try reading the troubleshooting section before you start throwing a fit in general discussion, which won't really get you anywhere.
If you can't find what you need there, follow the directions in that thread to contact someone who can help you.

We are having the exact same problem and I've been in touch with outspark staff for several days. All they will tell you is that it is your computer, not their Xtrap. They have suggested everything from running virus scans to deleting any programs that aren't essential to running the computer. They will continue to tell you that it is your computer's fault and there is nothing they can do about it. When I suggested they try a different Hacking protection program, they treated me like I was 10 years old and didn't really know what Xtrap was used for. Maybe you can get ahold of Dakkon and he'll be able to help, but I haven't been so lucky yet. My husband and I completely missed out on the St. Patricks Day events and now will be completely missing out on Easter events and Dakkon's Birthday celebration event. Unfortunately for them, until this is fixed, my husband and I can't support their company with our money for Sparkcash. On the other hand, other MMOs who use nProtect for their Hacking Protection will be able to gain our support because they aren't blocking our access to the game.

And for those of you who don't have this problem, it's easy to say don't start getting mad. What else is someone supposed to do when they've done EVERYTHING possible and Xtrap still kicks them out? Yes, we've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, Yes we've virus scanned, Yes we've disabled our Virus scanner, Yes we've deleted every program not essential to running the computer. Yes Xtrap still keeps us from playing. What do you suggest now?

Have you tried buying a new computer?
But seriously, Xtrap is doing its job, it is detecting some program that you are using or is loaded on your computer that is attempting to manipulate the code for Fiesta, thus not allowing you to play. You can try maybe a system restore as far back as possible. Have you restarted our computer? Other than that, life hates you I guess.
I only got the Xtrap error once, and a simple thing called restarting my computer fixed it.

it is xtrap last time i did something (not telling no matter what) and it worked so i tried it again and it dosen't work! and that dumb xtrap thing pops back up!and i've played this game from august!!!

Ah, sorry for the troubles you are having with XTrap. This is a case where a program on your computer is being detected by XTrap where XTrap assumes that program is harmful to the game. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to know which program it is. But once it is found, we can submit the report to XTrap and they will make sure that program is not blocked anymore.
Could you PM me the error code number you are receiving?

I've already sent the error message and the error code, several times. Yes, for the guy with attitude, we've restarted the computer. That was the FIRST thing we tried. The "system restore" was never turned on, so we can't restore short of completely wiping the system. If I don't know what program it is, I can't fix it, further more what if the program that is being seen as a threat is vital to the running of the computer. Another thing, why would it let me on to play for 2 days, then start kicking me off again? I just think that it would be in the best interest for Outspark to try a different Hacking protection program that isn't quite so new. I say this because I am far from the only person having these problems, and when you add up all the money loss from people not spending money in the Fiesta store because of Xtrap, it just seems like a loss.

1: please try to convey your thoughts without excessive profanity. Thank you.
2: Frustrating, yes, I know. :( However, as the others have said, try making sure there are no programs using scripts or macros, even your mouse, etc. Secondly, clear your cache frequently. X-trap sometimes confuses junk data as a potential attack and will block you. Lastly, if all else fails, contact customer support and they will try to talk you through it.
The fact this isn't ffecting everyone in the same manner tells me it isn't the program; it's something on your computer. The trick is finding out what it is and working around it... I can try to help you all I can, but outspark support is better equipped to assist you in this manner.

Just a quick question about Xtrap blocking players on administrator accounts. My cousin uses a college issued laptop, and he's only has access to a user account to login windows. I'm sure there's many college/university students who are on laptops on an user account and are being blocked. Is there any chance of being able to play on a user account in the near future? Outspark is guaranteed to be losing out on revenue from these potential players =\
