-admin/gm's word/rules are final
-no admin w/o consent from this_is_yatyu199(WAR CHIEF) shall declare war on another guild
-all guild wars have to be consensus of admins-council////\\\\gm can veto decision of admins-council at all/any time
-when in guild pt,plz do your part,based on your char. (i.e_cleric heals,tanker-tanks,mage-nukes,archer-dps)
-its okay to chat while fighting,please do not jeopardize your guildmates,while doing so.
-if you cant type and fight at same time,without getting your pt killed,then DONT TALK,just fight,talk on rest time or afk status,or brb status.
-if any player,in-game harassess you,contact an admin/gm immediately,screenshot the convo if you can..we will take care of it,but need to know what was said. I ,we, know alot of guild gm's and more than likely can resolve the matter,without words being exchanged,or reporting or worse,GUILD WAR.
-we are a warring guild,but,only under extreme circumstances,will it come to that

This will be the officail ST0RM_RIDERZ guild thread...an official guild chat forum outside of the game...in the following days i will be postingNEW RULES , GUIDELINES , and UP-COMING-INCENTIVES . Ive noticed that there is quite a gap in lvls between guildees. And i will be addressing this shortly,ive also noticed that there seems to be a lack of online time with some players. If for some reason you cant be on alot,pm myself or an admin. (especially if you will be away for long periods of time)

Another issue id like to address....and i do not intend to repeat this....GUILD PT'S are more than encouraged. (i.e) if there are 2-3 ppl within your lvl range,by all means pt with them. now dont get me wrong,its ok to pt with others,but, pt'ing with guildees is a 1st option. if guildees are too busy(quests,comping,decomping,vending,in a pvp or forbidden zone -that you cant get to) then your 2nd option can be friends or other guilds.

it has come to my attention that some ppl are being harrassed from other guilds/ppl...(mostly in pvp)--*and ill be the 1st to admit* if a certain person is killing you in a pvp,then leave(*writes that down for myself)-if we can help you we will,if we cant,dont get mad,or discouraged,just leave area,or pm there admin/gm,and ask them to pm myself or one of the admins.

OK...SO YOU HAVE BEEN APPOINTED TO A HIGHER STATUS POSITION OTHER THAN MEMBER....CONGRATULATIONS....:) \\..//^.^\\..//

But then you ask yourself,'exactly what am i supposed to be doing with my newly appointed status?"

lemme see if i can help you understand your role,in this guild,and in-game.

[GM]-its my job to facilitate,and govern. to make sure all guildees are having fun,enjoying themselves,resolve any and all guild-issure,quelch any arguements/flaming/harrassment/etc...it is my job to guide guildees,mentor,lead,understand,care-for,lvl(if i can),nurture,and most importantly-RESPECT those in my guild.

[ADMIN]-you are an administrator,you administrate. it is your job to assist the [GM] in keeping this guild in order,and make sure it runs properly. you are the motor that drives this guild. you have the power to admit members,under discretion of [GM],you also have the power to ban a disrespectful,non-playin member,upon approval from [GM]. you are the soul of a guild. it is upon you lower lvls look up to,and it is you that a [GM],comes to you for advice. [ADMINS] are the glue of any guild. in a way your like assistant [GM]'s.....^^

[GUARD]--A guards job is to well,guard....lol...but more than that,you are the backup,the assistor. when a guildee needs help(quests,lvling,farmin,mining)-it is upon you that we ask to help in this matter. (now that doesnt mean you have to do it every single time somone needs a hand killing 50 baby bats)but you are the 1st person in -line for such matter. it also befalls a guard,lets say were having a full guild pt,meaning everyone is goine to same map. and low lvls are in the pt,or 2 pts. then it is your job,(with help from higher lvls) to safely get the low lvls to the map of choice.

[COUNCIL]--council consists of members of the guild,that are trustworthy,fun,smart,open-minded,pt alot,and respectful. its upon the council many guild issues are dealt with. mainly (wars).
only the appointed admin and council can ascert a guild-war(gw)..only the [GM] can veto this decision,if felt not warranted. but nonetheless,not even the [GM] can gw another guild,this decision lies in you and appointed [ADMIN]



[MEMBER]--as a member of this guild it is your responsibility to have fun,lvl,be active,talkative,respectful to;admins,gm,council,guards. we will help you as much as possible,time permitted. attaining a 'status' position is not hard. It can be awarded,based on;
1)how much you play,
2)how much you pt with fellow guildees(cant keep track of how well/good you are,if your in a pt with friends,or other guilds)
3)respectfullness
4)talkative
5)and anything else that we feel you contribute or can contribute to guild

these are just a few things that have come across my mind...more may be added....

so this is our official outside of fiesta guild chat..since not everyone has yahoo,ore myspace,or msn,or aim,or whatever msging service you use. at least this way,everyone can get into and use.....so ...have fun ...kiddies....

ALL SERVERS: Spring Break Dance Party

Introduction
The GM's have decided to usher in the Spring in classic college style. By having a BEACH PARTY!!!! But what is a party without a little friendly competition? We GM's want to see who can throw the biggest party so each of us are taking a server.

How To Win
The server that has the largest increase of players logging on for the party when compared to last friday will be the winner.
The GM's and the servers they will be on are:

Teva - WiLDFiRe aka SKiNG
Apoline - SnakeEyes
Bijou - Silkypico
Epith - Dakkon

We want it known however that the GM assignments in no way means we love one server over another.

NOTE: the exp and item drop rate will be implemented the first weekend after the mage skills are fixed

Prize:
1st place = +60% exp and drop rate
2nd place = +40% exp and drop rate
3rd and 4th place = +20% exp and drop rate
