If the player has the old gem dust and old spirit dust in their storage, when pulling the items out of storage, the quest tracker text does not update.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Gather at least 3 of each old gem dust and old spirit dust prior to acceptin the quest and place them into storage.
2. Talk to Item Merchant Nina and accept the quest "Broken Window"
3. Run back to a storage merchant and place the old gem dust and old spirit dust into inventory. Notice the quest tracker does not update.
Note: Quest is still able to be completed.
