plz game master idk a lot of english, i try to make u undertand me...

i have a acount whit name FalsifiKoRN, i have some days to no play the game for some holydays. wen im back im see mi acount no exist cuz mi password no works and my reset password tell me no exist mi acount. plz help me whit that cuz im have mi 2 fav players whit custom hair style and face and good wapons and money. im play the game since the game make a open beta plz help me whit that, and dont be scared whit mi nick name cuz that name born whit mi rock band like a imitation of mi favorite one KORN. ^_^.

plz GM help me whit that im a loyalty player and mi brothers and friend too. cya and i hope u help me whit that.

This sounds like something a CSR may have to review. Question: did you attempt to buy spark cash with a prepaid debit card or check? If so, and the charge didn't go through, your account may have been banned. It may be possible to get everything back, tho - but to do it you'll have to submit a ticket. Please click the 'contact outspark support' link in my sig and follow the intructions. Be as specific as you can and I am sure they will assist you as soon as they can.
