help with title

how do i become a supreme cleric or supreme healer, not sure which one it is but it has supreme in it. i saw a lower lvl with is and i thought it was cool. :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused:

that title is bugged... the requirements are unknown thus far.

it just happens that some players randomly acquire the title supreme paladin


i mean ive seen a cleric with the title supreme archer and another with the title wizmage

in short you can acquire it, but as of now no one really knows how.
