Launcher fails to launch game

I've looked around on the forums and haven't seen something like this before. What happens is that I click the login button after the patching process is done (with the correct e-mail and password of course) but, rather than the launcher starting the game, it simply closes down, waits a few seconds, and pops up again as if the game closed itself before even starting. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this.

Hmmmm....... have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game?
