Yeah i think so, because Murdie said once she is the first female GM.
Also there will be more Date a GM events or else they wouldn't make a whole section for this event :)

Its just an event o.O It was intended to be a Valentines Day event, if they did it more than once a year, it'd lose its significance when its done around Valentines Day.

wasnt murdie a gm before pico ? which could still mean your statement while correct about her being the first have no real basis for deciding if silky is male ?
