installation problem

ok so this is whatsup... i have vista and i clicked download, hit save ok whatever... then when i try to install it, it will just have that blue circle thing that signals loading and it just keeps doing it over and over and over and it doesnt load up the installer... im on*a brand new comp so i dont know what could be wrong

it just take ages to start the intal launcher so click go get cofee watch a show and come bak~
