There's a merchant in Elderine selling Scrolls for abilities that you trade Fame for.
Unknowingly, I picked one of these scrolls that was not for my character's class (cleric). So I lost 400 fame, got the Vitality scroll, and now I can't sell it, I can't put it in storage, and I can't move it off of my character.
I wouldn't mind the bad decision about losing the fame, but now I've lost an inventory slot as well! I wish the merchant had given more information about which scrolls were for which class, and that disposing of the item was available at least.*
