Once you become level 20 go speak to the Archer Skill Mastar Dekied, or however that name is spelled, and he will give you a quest.
Just follow the directions he gives you and the quest and you will be sent to Sean eventually to go into Shadow Dungeon.
Once you complete that you will officially be a HawkArcher.

You have to do the job change quest... speak to Deikid in Elderine, and then it is self explanitory from there on:)
